Product Introduction
The main ingredient of SSF-1000 series naphthalene based superplasticizer is β- naphthalene sulfonate condensate synthesized compound. The product has the advantages of high water-reducing rate, low air entraining performance and non corroding on steel bar. It can improve peaceability and slump of mixture. It is widely used in road, railway, bridge, tunnel, power station and high-rise buildings. Executive standard is GB8076-2008 and GB18588-2001.
Product feature
1.Promoting slumps of concrete for 12cm at same water cement ratio;
2.Reducing blending water for 14%～25% at same slumps;
3.Hihg strengthening effect on concrete;
4.Improving mechanical property of concrete and save about 10~20% cement;
5.the product has fine applicability on various kinds of cement.

1.be appropriate for civil architecture, traffic and municipal engineering;
2.high strength, high impervious pump concrete and grouting agent materials;
3.natural curing and steam curing concrete work and products;
4.for compound admixture

1.Appearance: powder product is sepia powder, liquid product is sepia gelled fluid;
2.Solid content: powder product≥90%, liquid product≥35% (or according to customer requirements);
3.PH range: 7-9; sodium sulfate content ≤18%( powder product);

Application method and notice
1.Recommended mixing amount is 0.75%; Common use mixing amount is 0.3～0.8%;
2.can be re-matched with other admixture after testing;
3.stored under 5℃;
4.the product has applicability and please confirm most reasonable mixing amount after being test;
5.Please keep amount and time
Packing and storage
1.for powder product, inner plastic bag and outer woven bag, newt weight 20kg or 40kg; for liquid, plastic drum is adopted;
2. for powder product, pay attention to sharp objects; for liquid pay attention to overflow and evaporation;
3.Please wash with clean water after splashing into eyes;
4.The product should be stored in ventilated and dry warehouse.
